Draft for review. This document is a working draft prepared for the website and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It will be updated once approved.

This Privacy Policy explains how ZYANNA INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Zyanna”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it.

Information we collect

  • Contact and partnership enquiries: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the type of enquiry and the content of your message.
  • Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, the role you are interested in, your cover letter and the CV or resume you upload.
  • Technical information: our servers record standard request information such as the pages requested and the time of the request. For abuse prevention we may store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address with a submission rather than the address itself.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry, proposal or application.
  • To assess job applications and contact candidates about suitable opportunities.
  • To protect the website and our forms against spam, fraud and misuse.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Consent

We process the information you submit through our forms on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Sharing your information

Your information is accessible only to authorised Zyanna personnel who need it to respond to you. We use service providers for website hosting and email delivery, who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months and job applications (including CVs) for up to 12 months after submission, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing relationship or a legal obligation. After that, the information is deleted.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Uploaded CVs are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible, and access to stored submissions is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance about how your information is handled.
